Job summary

Karat is seeking a Senior Delivery Partner to own client relationships and delivery strategy for strategic accounts, from onboarding through ramp and expansion. This is an individual-contributor role, working with a Client Partner, Solutions Engineer, and Project Manager to ensure one voice and one plan.

You will lead executive conversations, map expansion opportunities, manage change programs, and drive adoption. On-site up to 30% and US-based, with remote-friendly collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client-facing delivery, engagement management, or consulting roles
• Proven track record with Fortune 500 or comparable enterprise accounts
• Experience leading cross-functional pods through influence, not authority

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders through VP and C-level
• Own strategic narrative for account and multi-year transformation
• Define engagement strategy and roadmap; drive end-to-end execution from SOW to go-live and steady state
• Collaborate with internal specialists to unify client narrative and drive adoption
• Surface expansion opportunities and enable pricing, contracting, and commercial motion
• Translate account learnings into playbooks to raise delivery standards
