Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer on the Digital Natives team to lead technical discussions with top data engineering and data science teams. You will shape architectures, guide implementations, and help customers maximize platform value across cloud providers.

You will collaborate with sales, product teams, and customer engineers to validate integrations, run PoCs, and advocate Databricks technologies while promoting open-source projects in the developer community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data engineering, data science, architecture, or pre-sales consulting.
• Experience building distributed data systems and cloud integrations.
• Strong programming in Python and SQL and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to help customers understand Databricks solutions.
• Consult on Big Data architectures and run proofs of concept across domains.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to support customers and projects.
• Promote Databricks open-source initiatives (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow) within communities.
