Databricks seeks a Sr. Solutions Engineer on the Digital Natives team to shape the future of the big data landscape.

You will collaborate with customer-facing teams to architect solutions using our platform and APIs, guiding customers through best practices and integrations across data engineering, data science, and analytics. Qualifications

3+ years in a data engineering, data science, technical architecture, or similar pre-sales/consulting role.
Experience building distributed data systems.
Comfortable programming in Python and SQL.
Have built solutions with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Databricks Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership with the sales team to help customers understand Databricks benefits.
Consult on Big Data architectures and implement proof of concepts across data engineering, data science, ML, and SQL workflows.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects to support users and customers.
Promote and recruit contributors for Databricks open-source projects (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow).
