Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Solutions Engineer to partner with sales and engineering teams in the Digital Natives group.

You will shape data architectures, guide customers through best practices, and drive implementations using our platform and APIs. The role involves collaboration with multiple teams, development of technical champions, and promoting Databricks open-source projects across the developer community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in data engineering, data science, architecture, or pre-sales/consulting.
• Experience building distributed data systems and data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL with debugging skills.
• Hands-on with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to help customers understand Databricks value and solutions.
• Consult on architectures, implement proofs of concepts, and validate integrations.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects and customers across projects.
• Promote Databricks open-source projects (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow) within the community.
