Job summary

Raydar is seeking a Legal Solutions Consultant in New York. You will join account executives to meet with law firm partners and senior legal leaders, leading consultative conversations and product demos grounded in real workflows.

You will develop adoption rationales and set up targeted trials, acting as a trusted advisor through rollout. The role requires JD and strong executive presence, with the ability to gather insights for product and GTM teams and align success metrics for each

Qualifications

Experience at AmLaw 250 firms or large tech firms with legal practice exposure.
Deep understanding of how lawyers operate and communicate with senior stakeholders.
Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with top decision-makers.
Solid grasp of legal doctrine and the local legal market, with practical context.
Willingness to work in NYC office and travel to client meetings as needed.
Bar admission not required in this role; JD is essential.

Responsibilities

Join account executives in meetings with partners and legal leaders at large firms.
Lead consultative conversations and tailored product demonstrations.
Develop the rationale for adopting new technology across legal teams and set up trials.
Serve as trusted advisor from initial trial through full rollout.
Share customer insights with product and sales to inform offerings.
Define success measures for each trial and guide process adoption.
