Elite Technology NY Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant, Solution to bridge customer needs with our cloud-native platform. The role requires designing tailored solutions for law firms, leading demonstrations, and collaborating with sales to identify opportunities.

You will translate complex concepts into business-friendly language and guide adoption post-implementation. The position is fully remote within the United States with travel up to 50% as required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in business management, accounting, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 6–8 years of consulting experience, with a preference for candidates with a legal or accounting background.
• Experience with legal practice management software system implementations is preferred (Elite Enterprise, Elite 3E, or similar).
• Experience as a Functional Consultant implementing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is also considered an advantage.
• PMP certification is an advantage, but it is not mandatory.
• Proven analytical and process design skills, including problem-solving, quantitative reasoning, workflow process definition/design/modeling.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills and a willingness to be hands-on to ensure timely project completion with proficiency in prioritizing tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide billable consulting services to clients (predominantly law firms) for the full suite of modules, including process and solution design, configuration, end-to-end testing, classroom training, and Go-Live support.
• Lead the definition of functional requirements for assigned projects and translate requirements into plans with Project Management and Technical Consultants.
• Produce required project documentation (e.g., Functional Requirements Definition, Requirement Specifications, Training Strategy, Testing Strategy).
• Actively pursue issue resolution and communicate project issues to stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Experience in end-to-end knowledge of a law firm, including collections, conflicts, paperless, and electronic billing is beneficial.
• Work collaboratively across departments and groups within a matrix organization.
• Deliver assignments within scope according to budget and schedule.
• Maintain an up-to-date functional knowledge of the software.
• Work as part of a remote team and contribute to learning and development.

Position Overview

As a Senior Consultant, Solution you are pivotal in bridging the gap between the solutions and the client’s business needs. Responsible for understanding client requirements, designing tailored solutions, and demonstrating the value of these solutions to stakeholders. This role involves collaborating closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, conducting detailed needs assessments, and delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations. Senior Consultant, Solution must possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language. They also provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of solutions, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Work Arrangement: Remote

This role requires the individual to be based in Flexible across U.S. time zones .

• Actively pursue issue resolution and communicate project issues to stakeholders (e.g., other consulting team members, Support Desk, Project Manager, Client) to ensure that issues affecting projects are quickly and effectively resolved.
• Experience in end-to-end knowledge of a law firm, including collections, conflicts, paperless, and electronic billing, would strongly benefit the role.
• Work collaboratively across different departments and groups within a matrix organization.
• Deliver assignments within scope according to budget and schedule.
• Maintain an up-to-date functional knowledge of the software.
• Work as part of a remote team and contribute to team members' learning and development. Participate in team and internal initiatives and projects.
• Experience in a system accounting role or a similar position.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company objectives.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio, as well as other similar tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Ability to travel up >50% as business needs require
• Role requires the following physical capacity: Sedentary: primarily desk/computer work
