Responsibilities

• Lead solution development for Services BU opportunities.
• Act as SME on solutions for Services/Celestica.
• Scope projects and create high-level plans and milestones.
• Consult with customers to understand needs.
• Identify pain points, risks and requirements.
• Develop complete customer solutions (scope, operating model, logistics, etc.).
• Pull in SMEs and site resources as needed.
• Coordinate with process and financial analysts.
• Support sales teams and competitive proposals.
• Lead handoffs to proposal-to-implementation.
• Support launch reviews and post-launch improvements.
• Identify standardization and margin improvement opportunities.
• Document reusable solution templates.
• Develop unsolicited proposals.
