Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Solutions Architect for Services Operations to develop integrated service offerings across Fulfillment, Supply Chain, After-Market Services, and Product Launch. You will lead solution development, assemble expert teams, and act as the technical advisor to the Sales Organization, engaging with major customers and driving proposal-to-implementation handoffs.

Responsibilities

Lead solution development for Services BU opportunities.
Serve as SME on solutions for integrated Celestica offerings.
Scope projects with high level work-plans and milestones.
Collaborate with customers to understand needs and opportunities.
Identify risks and requirements and communicate to the team.
Develop complete solutions including service scope, operating model, and launch approach.
Pull in SMEs and resources as needed to build solutions.
Ensure processes align with designed solutions and financial implications.
Support with negotiations and qualifications for opportunities.
Manage proposal-to-NPI/implementation handoffs and readiness actions.
Assist with launch reviews and post-launch improvements.
