Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Solutions Architect, Services Operations, to develop integrated service offerings across fulfillment, supply chain, after-market services, and product launch. Responsibilities

• Leads solution development for assigned Services Business Unit opportunities.
• Acts as subject matter expert on solutions for integrated solutions being addressed by Services/Celestica.
• Works with customers to understand specific and unstated needs in a consultative manner.
• Develops complete solutions including service scope, operating model, process flow, capacity, staffing, space, logistics, equipment, and launch approach.
• Pulls in subject matter experts and site resources as needed to develop solutions.
• Documents reusable solution patterns, templates, models, and standards.
• Develops unsolicited proposals to targeted customers.
