Job summary

phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy with teams across the US, LATAM, and India. The role leads design and delivery of cloud-native data platforms for managed services clients, focusing on secure, scalable solutions and strong ROI.

You will mentor delivery teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and help advance phData’s platform maturity framework in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience architecting, designing, implementing, and managing cloud-native data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end solution architecture for large-scale, cloud-native data platform projects on Snowflake, AWS, and Azure for managed services customers.
• Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable platform solutions, including migrations from legacy platforms and data lake/warehouse integration.
• Ensure engagements are delivered on time within scope and with measurable business value through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support, and executives to align platform strategies with business goals and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership during migrations, integrations, incident response, and performance tuning, guiding engineers through complex challenges.
• Ensure security, data governance, documentation, testing, and governance in client platforms.
