Job summary

phData is a remote-first data and AI consultancy with teams across the United States, LATAM, and India. We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to own cloud-native data environments on AWS and Azure for managed services clients.

You will bring deep DevOps expertise in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and platform engineering, delivering scalable data pipelines and reliable environments in a consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and operating cloud-native data environments.
• Strong background in IaC, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to deliver in a consulting/data engineering context.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational delivery for cloud-native data platform environments (AWS, Azure).
• Translate business and technical requirements into resilient, cost-effective platform solutions.
• Build, deploy, and maintain IaC configurations and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and support production data jobs and pipelines, resolving failures quickly.
• Ensure engagements are delivered on time and with measurable business value.
