Responsibilities

• Oversee utilization, margin, and investments for the practice area.
• Maintain client sponsorship and executive oversight on key projects.
• Coach delivery teams and provide written feedback to managers.
• Collaborate with People Excellence to manage capacity and capability.
• Guide learning resources and ensure project staffing optimization.
• Drive technical excellence and review architecture on projects.
