Connection is seeking a Sr Solution Sales Executive to drive revenue with Federal agencies from a remote posture covering the Washington DC area. The role emphasizes complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across cloud, data center, cybersecurity, and professional IT services.

Strong emphasis is placed on strategic account development, executive communication, and delivering Connection’s value proposition. Ideal candidates have prior Federal sales experience, knowledge of FedRAMP, CMMC, NDAA &

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Federal customers and understanding FedRAMP, CMMC, NDAA and TAA compliance.
• Deep IT and data center technology knowledge including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud.
• Ability to develop financial proposals and multi-stakeholder deals.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages multi-step sales cycles.
• Diagnoses customer needs and links solutions to business problems across stakeholders.
• Leads pricing, objection handling, negotiation, and close planning independently.
• Produces strong proposals, executive summaries, and business cases.
• Leads discovery calls, demos, presentations, and customer meetings with confidence.
