SkillStorm Commercial Services LLC is hiring a Federal Sales Representative to generate new business across federal agencies and FSIs. The role targets closing opportunities from first conversation to signed contract, with a remote position based in the Washington, DC metro area.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in federal sales, knowledge of contracting, and credibility discussing AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Pega, Appian, SAP, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal sales experience with agencies or FSIs.
• Understanding of the federal contracting landscape (primes/subcontractors, capture).
• Ability to discuss in‑demand technologies such as AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Pega, Appian, SAP, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with FSIs and federal agencies.
• Identify opportunities to staff hard‑to‑fill positions and protect contract performance.
• Partner with Solutions, Recruiting, Training, and Delivery teams to scope client requirements.
• Build relationships with program managers, capture leads, and decision makers.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the CRM.
• Track agency priorities and market trends to sharpen the sales approach.
• Represent SkillStorm at federal industry events.
