Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 2–5 years of software sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets in complex SaaS sales.
• Ability to negotiate high-value, multi-year contracts and understand revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new accounts; develop outreach plans and qualify opportunities.
• Lead presentations and demonstrations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with enterprise/mid-market clients.
• Collaborate with marketing and solutions teams; provide feedback to product teams.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM activity; stay informed on market trends.
• Represent Greycon at industry events and conferences; build strategic partnerships.
• Manage long sales cycles and structure multi-faceted, revenue-generating deals.
