You will direct engagements covering core banking, digital platforms, payments, and loan origination, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor partners across multiple workstreams.

This remote role supports clients nationwide, with travel up to 50% when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field.
• Experience leading complex banking system implementations for banks or credit unions.
• Strong governance, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-sized to large, complex implementation engagements across multiple workstreams.
• Direct kickoff and governance sessions with clients and vendors to align scope and decisions.
• Design and facilitate discovery workshops to identify requirements and future-state needs.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans with timelines and resources.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors on interfaces, testing, conversion, and go-live readiness.
• Monitor performance, budget, quality, and risks; implement corrective actions when needed.
