You’ll design REST APIs, webhooks, and AWS serverless workflows; mentor engineers; and ensure performance and reliability across integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience building robust REST APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with AWS serverless architectures.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, testing, and maintenance of scalable accounting integrations.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve critical issues; implement preventative measures.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software engineering.
• Create comprehensive documentation for code and processes.
• Manage daily workload across competing priorities.
