Job summary

ServiceTrade in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Accounting Integrations to lead the development of scalable integrations between our platform and external accounting systems. You will design and implement robust REST APIs and event-driven workflows using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, while mentoring other engineers and driving reliable delivery.

You’ll own high-volume serverless architectures on AWS, collaborate across teams, and apply AI-assisted development tools

Qualifications

• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js for scalable integrations.
• Experience with AWS serverless services (Lambda, SQS, Step Functions) and REST APIs.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive reliable, scalable integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, testing, and maintenance of scalable accounting integration architectures.
• Design robust REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven AWS workflows to sync data with external platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations.
