Job summary

ServiceTrade is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Accounting Integrations to lead scalable integration architectures using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js. You will design REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven AWS workflows to sync data with external accounting platforms.

You’ll mentor engineers, tackle complex issues, and focus on performance and reliability across our accounting integrations, while collaborating with teams to impact thousands of commercial contractors.

Qualifications

• Strong JS/TS and Node.js skills for API led integration work.
• Experience designing REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS serverless services (Lambda, SQS, Step Functions).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases is a plus.

• Lead development, testing, and maintenance of scalable accounting integration architectures.
• Design robust REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven AWS workflows.
