Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support Remedy or BMC Helix ITSM with focus on billing workflows and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chartfields, financial data structures, and invoicing workflows.
• Integrate Remedy/Helix ITSM with ERP systems (PeopleSoft, 1NFORMs).
• Analyze and reprocess failed billing tasks to ensure end-to-end processing.
• Update billing logic, automation rules, and workflow configurations as needed.
• Support fiscal year-end closing activities and workflow stabilization.
• Develop or modify dashboards for data visualization and reporting in Remedy/Helix ITSM.
• Document system changes and participate in knowledge-transfer sessions.
