Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a BMC Remedy/Helix Developer for remote work to support NESD Helix engineering initiatives. You will gather requirements, develop workflows, and implement integrations across systems, delivering demos and test scripts.

The role requires 5+ years in software development, Remedy/Helix expertise, ITIL familiarity, and the ability to operate in a remote team. Salary ranges are defined and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Candidate must obtain and maintain an Interim Secret security clearance prior to start date.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with BMC Remedy/Helix applications and Studio.
• Experience with ITIL methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate technical guidance on application and integration capability.
• Gather requirements, prepare and deliver presentations and demos, conduct requirements gathering, write requirements and design documentation, implementation guides, and test scripts.
• Develop workflow and integrations including building forms, fields, workflow in Developer Studio and Innovation Studio.
• Develop RestAPI, WebService, and LDAP integrations between Helix and external applications/systems.
• Work in a remote team environment supporting scheduled and ad-hoc video/audio meetings.
