Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience designing and scaling distributed systems.
- Ability to set technical vision and strategy at an enterprise level.
- Expertise in system design, reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and solving complex problems.
- Proven record of mentoring senior engineering talent and elevating standards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, influence, and leadership.
