Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating observability systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and best practices for reliability.
• Experience with infra as code and configuration management tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with teams and improve service delivery and reliability across the lifecycle.
• Measure and monitor production systems for availability and latency.
• Identify causes of errors and drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to evolve systems.
• Help reduce toil with automation and innovation.
