You will collaborate with distributed teams to reduce toil, improve incident response, and deploy robust cloud-native solutions across AWS/Azure and container platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing, and operating observability systems for complex cloud platforms.
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration.
• Proven incident response capabilities in production environments.
• Linux systems engineering background and automation focus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with teams to improve service delivery and reliability across their lifecycle.
• Monitor production systems for availability, latency, and health.
• Identify root causes of errors and drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with product/platform teams to evolve systems for resilience and observability.
• Manage on-call duties and incident response in a blameless environment.
