Cribl Inc is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to scale observability for enterprise-grade cloud platforms. You will join a team of engineers shipping high-quality software and shaping reliability, performance, and security across Cribl's telemetry products.

You will design, implement and operate observability systems, work with Terraform/Ansible and cloud SDKs, and contribute to on-call rotations. This role is remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, implementing and operating observability systems for complex cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and release automation.
• Experience with incident response in a blameless culture environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with teams to improve service delivery and reliability across the full lifecycle.
• Monitor production systems focusing on availability and latency.
• Identify root causes of errors and drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to improve systems for reliability and observability.
• Help reduce toil via automation and innovative tooling.
• Be available for stand-by, on-call or off-hours duties.
