Job summary

CaseWare is a global fintech firm focused on trusted auditing and accounting software. We seek an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and mature scalable, secure, and observable platforms that support rapid software delivery.

You will partner with Engineering, Security, Platform, and Product teams to raise reliability standards, automate operations, and reduce toil, enabling healthy growth and secure deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or related cloud-native roles.
• Deep AWS expertise (EKS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudFront, S3).
• Advanced production Kubernetes experience.
• Hands-on Istio service mesh experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability initiatives for services on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Design and improve deployment, release, and rollback strategies across distributed systems.
• Establish secure CI/CD pipelines with governance and policy-driven controls.
• Enhance observability with metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting.
• Define SLIs and SLOs and reliability standards across the org.
• Lead incident response and post-incident reviews to drive improvements.
• Mentor engineers on cloud-native tech and reliability best practices.
