WellSaid Labs, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Site Reliability & Security to own and harden our production platform, enabling fast and reliable product delivery across the United States.

You will build and run monitoring, tracing, and alerting infrastructure, drive security initiatives, lead incident response, and improve deployment processes to keep services scalable and highly available.

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and systems design.

Responsibilities

• Build and run monitoring, tracing and alerting infrastructure.
• Drive platform security initiatives to ensure system reliability.
• Lead incident response including root cause analysis.
• Run services with high availability and redundancy.
• Respond to alerts and participate in on-call rotations.
• Improve deployment processes for fast, safe changes.
• Deliver a stable, scalable product platform for engineering teams.
• Identify ways to handle load and scale resource-intensive apps.
• Help engineers write reliable code while shipping quickly.
