Job summary

Everest Clinical Research Corporation is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Specialist to lead negotiations and manage Clinical Trial Agreements and budgets, ensuring timely study startup and execution.

You will collaborate with investigative sites, sponsors, and study teams, mentor junior staff, and support process improvements while upholding regulatory standards across US/Canada and other regions as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in a related field such as science/biology or English/communication.
• Master’s degree or JD preferred.
• 3+ years of investigative site contracting experience with both the legal language and the budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, execution, and management of CTAs and budgets for site startups.
• Coordinate with sites, sponsors, and study teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Forecast negotiation timelines and track milestones.
