Everest Clinical Research Corporation is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Specialist to independently lead negotiation, execution, and management of Clinical Trial Agreements and study budgets. The role acts as a liaison between investigative sites, sponsors, and study teams to ensure timely startup, adherence to timelines, and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in a related field; Master’s or JD preferred.
• 3+ years of investigative site contracting experience including legal language and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, execution, and management of CTAs and study budgets for timely study startup.
• Coordinate with sites, sponsors, and study teams to ensure high-quality contractual deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and support process improvements within the site contracts team.
• Escalate contractual, budgetary, and site risks to facilitate successful study outcomes.
