Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Site Activation Manager II for a remote role. You will lead start-up activities and act as the accountable owner for site activation deliverables across complex studies, coordinating with sponsors, regulatory stakeholders, and sites to ensure timely, compliant study start-up.

You will mentor colleagues and drive process improvements while supporting cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum seven years of CRO/pharma start-up related experience.
• Strong leadership and project management across global teams.
• Knowledge of ICHGCP and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to drive site activation and start-up deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead study start-up and site activation activities across projects.
• Act as primary point of contact for activation deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet critical path on time and budget.
• Monitor site identification, essential documents, regulatory submissions, and contracts.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies for on-time study delivery.
• Track and report activation metrics to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop site activation plans with project teams and manage budgets.
• Contribute to proposals, budgets, and business development initiatives.
