Qualifications

• Minimum seven years CRO/pharmaceutical start-up or project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific field or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and FDA/EU regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up and site activation activities across projects.
• Own site activation deliverables, timelines, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet critical path on time and budget.
• Monitor site identification, essential documents, regulatory submissions, and contracts.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies; escalate issues.
• Track site activation metrics and report status to sponsors.
• Develop and maintain site activation plans with study requirements.
• Contribute to proposals, budgets, bid defenses, and business development.
• Coach Site Activation Managers and support SOP improvements.
