Job summary

Stafford Consulting seeks a Senior SharePoint Developer to lead a technical team in delivering SharePoint and Power Platform solutions for DHS-related needs. You will drive architecture, design workflows, and ensure secure, scalable portal performance.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasks, reporting status to stakeholders, and delivering integrated solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field with 8–10 years in SharePoint development/architecture.
Proven experience leading technical teams, coordinating tasks, and reporting status to stakeholders.
Deep expertise in SharePoint Online and integration with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
Experience with SQL Server tools, AD, Office suite and related technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the technical team through the full software development lifecycle, including architecture and timelines.
Report project status and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including workflows, web parts, integrated with Power Platform.
Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of the SharePoint environment.
Monitor and secure the SharePoint portal to meet compliance requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions that improve business processes.
Provide technical leadership on SharePoint best practices, architecture, and governance.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
