Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer in a remote-capable role based in the McLean, VA area to lead a technical team supporting the Department of Homeland Security, manage all aspects of application development and the SharePoint Online environment, including design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, and security.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, develop strategies for the best use of SharePoint and the Microsoft Power

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field with 8–10 years in SharePoint development, administration, and architecture.
Experience leading technical teams, coordinating tasks, and communicating with stakeholders.
Deep expertise in SharePoint Online and its integration with Power Platform.
Experience with SQL Server, AD, and related Microsoft tools; familiarity with compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the technical team through the full SDLC, architecture, code quality, and timelines.
Report project status and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including custom workflows, web parts, and apps integrated with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Ensure availability, reliability, and performance of the SharePoint environment.
Monitor and secure the SharePoint portal to meet organizational and compliance requirements.
Work with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions that improve business processes.
Provide technical leadership on SharePoint best practices, architecture, and governance.
Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues.
