Job summary

McDonald's Corporation Global Technology is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect, ServiceNow, to design scalable solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM and APM for a global workforce.

You will act as the technical authority, guiding implementations and integrating AI capabilities such as Now Assist and a custom virtual assistant, Otto. You will partner with product managers, analysts and engineers to translate requirements into robust designs, ensure platform governance, and drive enterprise

Qualifications

• Design end-to-end solutions on ServiceNow focusing on ITSM/ITOM/HAM/SAM/APM.
• Lead AI integration including Now Assist and Otto to enhance UX.
• Design scalable Employee Workflows for HR and onboarding.
• Mentor development teams and ensure technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to translate requirements into designs.
• Govern platform integrity per Golden Instance and governance standards.
• Develop integrations via IntegrationHub and secure REST/SOAP APIs.
• Create detailed design docs and architecture maps.
