Job description

Duration: 12 + months
Details:
Core Experience & Architecture

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on technical analysis, solution design, and enterprise architecture.

Minimum 5 years of experience consulting with external customers.

Experience working on software development/implementation projects across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM, and HRSD.

Experience working in Agile projects.

Strong experience with ServiceNow; ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.

Experience with ITAM, including SAM and HAM implementations.

Experience delivering 3-5 ServiceNow ITOM implementations, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.

Experience with HRSD, CSM, FSM, and SPM would be an added advantage.

CTA/CMA certification preferred.

AI / GenAI / ServiceNow AI (this is a must have)

Minimum 2 years of experience in AI, LLM, and/or Generative AI.

Strong hands‑on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI/ML capabilities.

Experience designing and deploying Now Assist skills, domain‑specific prompts, and RAG‑based solutions.

Proven experience building AI Agents and agentic workflows, including orchestration, guardrails, and multi‑step automation.

Experience architecting MCP servers to securely expose ServiceNow data, workflows, and APIs to external AI models.

Hands‑on experience building Claude skills and connectors to enable AI‑driven ServiceNow actions, including record creation, case triage, and data retrieval.

Ability to integrate AI capabilities into ServiceNow Workspaces, Portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications.

Technical Skills

Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, databases, and system design.
