Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Senior Service Operations Project Manager to lead and coordinate multi-department projects, from initiation to completion, aligning with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.

The role collaborates with stakeholders across functional areas to define objectives, develop comprehensive plans, timelines, and budgets, and drive service operations teamwork to deliver high-quality results. Remote, field-based with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience, leading Service Operations projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience managing design/build, installation, commissioning of construction projects including managing site GCs.
• Background in robotic automation, ASRS, or material handling preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects with Service Operations collaboration (small to mid-level capital projects).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of Service Operations projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and develop plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables with key stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, provide updates, and solicit feedback, addressing deviations and corrective actions.
• Track progress, manage risks, and drive issue resolution to maintain timelines.
• Act as liaison between project teams, senior management, and external partners for alignment.
• Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency gains, and value creation across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement, capture lessons learned, and optimize project processes.
• Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies and lead teams in resolving issues.
