Job summary

Symbotic seeks a Manager, Project Operations to lead a distributed team of Regional Project Coordinators across deployment programs and regions. You will drive Stage Gate governance, CRAM, reporting, and action follow-up within the PMO to ensure predictable delivery.

You’ll partner with Project Directors and regional leaders, own governance dashboards, and continuously improve processes. Up to 30% travel, multi-site environments, and strong Excel/Jira/Smartsheet proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in program PM/PMO in multi-site environments.
• 2+ years of direct people management, remote teams.
• Experience with stage-gate governance and risk management.
• Proficiency with Excel and project tools (Smartsheet, Jira, SharePoint, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team of regional coordinators.
• Improve Stage Gate and CRAM processes with governance.
• Manage regional cadence: status, milestones, risk; escalate blockers.
• Partner with directors and stakeholders to align deployment milestones.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and dashboards across tools.
