Symbotic is seeking a Manager, Project Operations to lead a distributed team of Regional Project Coordinators supporting complex automation deployments. You will oversee Stage Gate governance, CRAM processes, risk management, and portfolio reporting to ensure predictable delivery across deployment programs.

You will collaborate with Project Directors, Regional Deployment Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, drive governance improvements, and strengthen audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of program management or PMO operations in multi-site environments.
• Minimum 2 years of direct people management with distributed teams.
• Experience with stage-gate governance, risk management, and governance metrics.
• Proficiency with Excel and PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, SharePoint, Tableau).

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Project Coordinators across deployments.
• Own and improve Stage Gate and CRAM governance, documentation and risk follow-through.
• Oversee regional status updates, milestones, risks, and escalation of blockers.
• Partner with Project Directors and cross-functional leaders to align priorities.
• Consolidate regional data into dashboards for senior leadership and audits.
