Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Manager, Project Operations to join our PMO and lead Regional Project Coordinators across deployment programs. You will drive governance, CRAM risk management, reporting, and action follow-up to ensure predictable delivery in a fast-paced automation environment.

You will partner with Project Directors, Regional Deployment Leads, and cross-functional teams to align priorities, manage milestones, and sustain operational excellence across multiple sites and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Program Management/PMO across complex multi-site projects.
• At least 2 years of direct people management with distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience in stage-gate governance and risk/issue management.
• Proven ability to lead with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Smartsheet, Jira, SharePoint, Tableau.
• Experience with warehouse automation or capital project delivery is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Regional Project Coordinators.
• Own and improve Stage Gate and CRAM governance, risk management, and documentation.
• Oversee regional cadence, status updates, milestone scorecards, and escalation of blocked deliverables.
• Partner with Project Directors and cross-functional leaders to align priorities and site milestones.
• Consolidate regional status into portfolio dashboards for senior leadership.
• Own team tools, SOPs, templates, and workflows across Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel, Jira, and BI platforms.
• Lead project documentation and audits to improve audit readiness and processes.
