Symbotic is seeking a Manager, Project Operations to lead the Regional Project Coordinators within the PMO, driving operational health and Stage Gate governance across deployment programs. You will partner with Project Directors and regional leads to align priorities, manage risk, and deliver on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in program management, PMO operations, or project management in multi-site environments.
• 2+ years of direct people management, including remote or distributed teams.
• Experience with stage-gate governance, risk/issue management, and governance metrics.
• Advanced Excel and BI-tool proficiency (Smartsheet, Jira, Tableau).

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop regional project coordinators across programs and regions.
• Own and improve Stage Gate and CRAM processes with governance and readiness criteria.
• Oversee regional cadence, status updates, scorecards, and action tracking.
• Partner with directors and cross-functional leaders to align priorities and milestones.
• Consolidate regional data into dashboards for portfolio reviews with senior leadership.
• Own tools, SOPs, templates, and workflows across Smartsheet, SharePoint, Excel, Jira, and BI.
• Lead documentation and audits, drive cross-functional process improvements.
