Jobgether is seeking a Senior Service Designer (remote) to lead human-centered design initiatives for federal government modernization projects. You will oversee discovery, translate insights into strategic service improvements, and collaborate with product, engineering, data, and research teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes responsible AI innovation, cross-functional leadership without formal people management, and opportunities to influence client decisions while growing

Competenze

• 5+ years in service design, UX or related field with leadership of complex engagements.
• Strong service design methods, research, systems thinking and strategic problem-solving.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact projects with measurable value.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights and develop recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, data and research teams; agile settings.
• Preferred: experience with federal agencies; data science/data engineering familiarity.
