Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Sr. Program Manager - Seller Experience (Remote) to lead a strategic program focused on improving seller productivity, reducing friction in sales processes, and strengthening field feedback loops.

You will partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to turn data into practical process improvements, establish governance, KPIs, and scalable ways of working across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields, with 3+ years leading enterprise programs.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean or Six Sigma) and driving initiatives from analysis to implementation.
• Experience building seller experience programs with structured feedback mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a seller advisory board to represent field insights.
• Analyze seller feedback and productivity data to identify barriers.
• Measure seller satisfaction across various segments and roles.
• Lead initiatives to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
• Establish and maintain process documentation and governance practices.
• Define KPIs for seller productivity and effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership to identify trends and opportunities for sales improvement.
