Job summary

Trace3 seeks a Sr. Program Manager for Seller Experience to own the end-to-end seller journey and remove friction in the sales process. You will build a seller listening program, translate insights into prioritized process and tech improvements, and drive adoption with measurable business impact.

You will partner with HR, IT, and Revenue leaders to accelerate ramp, manage change, and ensure adoption across regions and roles. Strong analytics and CRM/ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, including at least 3 years leading enterprise programs.
• Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies, Lean or Six Sigma preferred.
• Experience building and operating seller experience programs with structured feedback mechanisms.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and related business systems to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end seller experience; remove friction across the sales process.
• Build and manage a seller listening program; translate insights into improvements.
• Lead onboarding, ramp, and adoption strategies for Revenue Operations initiatives.
• Define KPIs and dashboards; monitor adoption, productivity, and sales impact.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance and Sales Leadership to drive change.
