Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Sr Account Manager to expand market share and build lasting customer relationships in the Elmsford, NY area. You will drive sales, educate customers on new products, and gather market insights to identify growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, travel up to 75%, and leverage Salesforce along with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to manage accounts effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV technologies, security, and fire.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Excellent selling, negotiating, and closing skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, handle high call volume, and think creatively.
• Strong work ethic and high ethical standards.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Live within Elmsford, NY or Teterboro, NJ territory.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share by converting potential customers to ADI.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships through service support and follow-ups.
• Proactively gather market intelligence and uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain positive relationships within ADI to drive team sales.
• Implement customer training to drive sales growth in the territory.
