The role is contract-to-perm, remote Part-Time (20-30 hours/week) with 1-2 days in office for training, offering $45-$50/hour plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or related B2B sales roles.
• Proven success with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Experience generating meetings and developing qualified sales pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Ability to engage and communicate with decision-makers and executive-level contacts.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation activities.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target accounts.
• Research companies and key decision-makers to personalize outreach efforts.
• Schedule qualified meetings and sales conversations for Account Executives.
• Manage and maintain an active pipeline in CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation strategies.
• Consistently achieve activity, meeting, and pipeline generation goals.
• Build relationships with prospects and effectively communicate business value propositions.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities.
