You will lead one:many programs, live webinars, and cohort-based training across transportation, construction, field services, and other industries, guiding customers through structured journeys with measurable adoption.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering at-scale programs and live webinars to external audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to create digital learning assets and use AI tools.
• Understanding of instructional design with clear objectives.
• Self-directed, analytical, and able to learn new products quickly.
• Experience teaching or training 3–4 years, with 1 year in scaled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and facilitate cohort-based programs for customers from onboarding to adoption.
• Design experiences combining physical and digital assets for live sessions.
• Create and adapt training materials to reflect product changes and audience needs.
• Manage live session logistics and post-session resources.
• Collaborate with CS Scale and Education teams to shape content.
