EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI‑CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration and support for utility receivables, payments, and financial processing in SAP FI‑CA. You will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross‑functional streams to ensure accurate processing and reconciliation across the meter‑to‑cash lifecycle.

You will configure contract accounts, testing payment flows, dunning, and open‑item management while collaborating with FI/CO teams to resolve end‑to‑end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–4 years of SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U FI-CA functionality.
• Experience delivering functional specs, configurations, testing, and production support.

Responsabilités

• Configure and support FI‑CA contract accounts, main/subtransactions, and open-item processing.
• Design and test payment processing, payment lots, bank interfaces, and cash desk flows.
• Configure clearing strategies, dunning, collections, installment plans, and write-offs.
• Support FI‑CA events and BRF+ rules for process control and automation.
• Analyze FI‑CA integration with GL, billing, tax, and customer services.
• Prepare functional designs, configs, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute unit and integration tests, support UAT and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Billing, CS, Retail Choice, banking partners, and FI/CO teams.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and guidance to teams.
• Communicate requirements with stakeholders and support timely decisions.
• Transfer knowledge to client teams and junior members.
