Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U FI-CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration and support for utility receivables, payments, and financial processing in SAP FI-CA. You will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-workstream partners to ensure accurate processing and reconciliation across the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3–4 years SAP IS-U or SAP Utilities experience with FI-CA.
• Experience delivering functional specs, config, testing and production support.
• Experience with FI-CA integration with IS-U Billing and FI/CO General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts and related posting controls.
• Design and test payment processing, bank interfaces, cash desk flows and allocations.
• Configure dunning, collections and installment plans.
• Support FI-CA events and BRF+ for automation and control.
• Analyze FI-CA integration with GL, period-end processing, and billing impacts.
• Prepare functional designs, config docs, test cases and process flows.
• Execute unit/integration tests and support UAT and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Billing, Customer Service, FI/CO teams to fix end-to-end issues.
• Provide production support and guidance to business users and teams.
• Communicate requirements and decisions with stakeholders and leadership.
• Transfer knowledge to client teams and junior staff.
