Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP IS-U FI-CA Senior Consultant to deliver hands-on configuration and support for utility receivables, payments, and collections within the FI-CA framework. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams, with travel expected to meet client needs.

You will lead design, testing, and integration efforts across billing, tax, and GL interfaces, ensuring accurate reconciliations and timely project delivery in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–4 years SAP IS-U or Utilities experience incl. FI-CA.
• Hands-on experience delivering functional requirements, configuration, and testing in a utility environment.
• Experience with payment processing, clearing, dunning, and FI-CA account determination.
• Understanding of FI-CA integration with IS-U Billing and FI/CO GL; meter-to-cash dependencies.
• Strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support FI-CA contract accounts and related processes.
• Design and testing of payment processing, interfaces, and cash desk flows.
• Configure clearing, dunning, collections, and installment plans.
• Support FI-CA events, BRF+ rules, and process automation.
• Analyze FI-CA integration with GL, billing, and tax; support reconciliations.
• Prepare functional designs, docs, test cases, and process flows.
• Execute unit and integration testing and support UAT and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Billing, CS, Retail Choice, FI/CO teams to resolve end-to-end issues.
• Provide production support and knowledge transfer to client teams.
