Job summary

BravoTECH is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to partner with customers and technical teams in designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role combining business analysis, Salesforce configuration, implementation, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing enterprise business systems.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience with Sales/Service Cloud.
• Experience creating user stories and documenting process flows.
• Experience leading requirements workshops, UAT, training, go-live.
• Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile and enterprise implementation methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand business processes, goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, discovery workshops, demos, and solution discussions.
• Translate requirements into user stories, flows, specs, and prioritized capabilities.
• Configure Salesforce and AppExchange solutions to support approved requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to meet functional/technical needs.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.
• Manage deliverables and timelines with project leadership to maintain scope and budget.
• Conduct end-user training and drive adoption across customer organizations.
• Analyze complex business challenges and recommend scalable Salesforce solutions.
